PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an optimal evacuation destination by detecting the amount of smoke according to communication sensitivity of visible light communication. ! SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 101 starts communication by visible light emitted by an emergency light 104 installed in a building on receiving an alarm tone of an alarm 103. Information transmitted by the visible light includes information indicating a plurality of evacuation destinations, and the mobile terminal 101 selects one evacuation destination according to a predetermined condition. If sensitivity of visible light communication is deteriorated, the mobile terminal 101 determines there is much smoke, and selects an evacuation destination different from the already-selected evacuation destination. !
