The present invention relates to an improved method and a kit for diagnosing uterine cervical cancer. The method includes the steps of: separating a full-length RNA from a cell obtained from blood of patient; synthesizing a cDNA from the separated full-length RNA; performing real-time PCR on the synthesized cDNA; and comparing the expression amount with that of a person without the disease.
