The present invention relates to a laser notching device for notching an electrode sheet, wherein one surface or both surfaces thereof are coated with an electrode active material. The laser notching device comprises: a supplying roller unit for supplying the electrode sheet; a cutting unit equipped with a laser for notching the electrode sheet supplied by the supplying roller unit; a winding roller unit for rewinding the cut electrode sheet; and a collecting roller unit for winding and collecting a strap cut by the laser.
