PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end-sealing can of a flat type battery whose airtightness inside the battery is improved, a manufacturing method of the same, and a flat type battery. ! SOLUTION: An end-sealing can 20 includes: a peripheral wall 22, formed in a cylindrical shape, having a part covered by a gasket 30; and a circular plane part 21 disposed on one opening side of the peripheral wall 22. An inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 22 is flat.
