PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of reducing power consumption in cooling operation by performing outdoor air cooling properly, and capable of surely obtaining energy-saving effect. ! SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 100 includes: an air conditioning device 1 performing cooling and heating in a room or cooling only; a ventilation device 2 performing ventilation in the room; and a ventilation control unit 32 driving the ventilation device 2 before starting of schedule operation of cooling and introducing outdoor air into the room to perform outdoor air cooling. The ventilation control unit 32 determines at least one of starting and completion of outdoor air cooling on the basis of enthalpy or a body feeling index containing at least air temperature and humidity as a thermal environmental element. !
