<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress false reports of defect detection in optical inspection by suppressing vibrations of an optical member laminate panel during conveyance.SOLUTION: A conveyance and inspection apparatus is provided, which optically inspects an optical member laminate panel P12 while conveying the panel in a given direction. A conveyance device 60 for the panel includes: an upstream conveyor 61 that conveys the panel to an optical inspection position K; and a downstream conveyor 62 that conveys the panel from just behind the optical inspection position K. The upstream conveyor 61 comprises a roller conveyor 61A, while the downstream conveyor 62 comprises a flat belt conveyor 62A using a flat belt 71 having a flat conveyance face for mounting the panel.</p> |
