PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waveform quality of an output signal and the skew between the outputs, by controlling the output skew rate individually depending on the output state of a plurality of LVDS. ! SOLUTION: A LVDS driver includes a slew-rate adjustment circuit 10 receiving a plurality of input signals D1-Dn and a plurality of slew-rate control signals RE1-REn, and generating a plurality of adjustment signals having the information about the slew-rate for each input signal and slew-rate control signal, a LVDS circuit 20 having differential signal generating sections LV1-LVn receiving the plurality of adjustment signals, respectively, and generating differential signals TX1_M-TXn_M, TX1_P-TXn_P having adjusted slew-rate based on the plurality of adjustment signals, and a register 30 outputting the plurality of slew-rate control signals to the slew-rate adjustment circuit 10. !
