PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device which takes measures not to cause an addiction to the terminal device and allows a function necessary in an emergency to use. ! SOLUTION: A terminal device comprises a use time measurement part, a use time determination part and a function restriction part. The use time measurement part measures a use time of the own device. The use time determination part determines whether the use time measured by the use time measurement part exceeds a predetermined time. The function restriction part restricts use of a function other than a function necessary in an emergency of the own device when the use time is determined to exceed the predetermined time by the use time determination part and allows use of the restricted function when a predetermined time condition is satisfied. !
