Disclosed is an inorganic antibacterial agent, wherein silver oxide and one or more water-soluble glass component selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, boron oxide, and sodium oxide are contained as active ingredients. The inorganic antibacterial agent according to the specification does not change the physical properties of a resin for producing an antibacterial container, and has high dispersibility to be stable even when used for a long period of time. Silver ions are eluted, so that antibacterial activities are exhibited even to the outside of a contact surface of a container and the like. Moreover, the inorganic antibacterial agent according to the specification, compared to an existing inorganic antibacterial agent, has a relatively larger average particle diameter of a composite included therein, so that an antibacterial effect may be maintained for a long time. Accordingly, the inorganic antibacterial agent disclosed in the specification may be usefully used not only for cosmetic containers but also for other containers or packing materials requiring antibacterial properties. |
