A steel sheet having excellent chemical resistance is disclosed. The steel sheet having excellent chemical resistance according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a matrix steel sheet; an aluminum coating layer formed on a surface of the matrix steel sheet to comprise 5-15% of silicon (Si) and the remainder consisting of aluminum (Al) and inevitable impurities; a chemical film formed on an upper portion of the aluminum coating layer; an adhesive layer formed on an upper portion of the chemical film; and a film layer formed on an upper portion of the adhesive layer to comprise one or more selected among polypropylene, polyethylene, and a polyvinyl chloride resin.
