PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate chattering noise of an input signal with a simple and low-cost circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A noise elimination device 10 eliminates noise superimposed on an input signal S1 composed of two values of a high level and a low level, and generates an output signal So. The noise elimination device 10 includes: a time measurement section 30 measuring duration of the level of an input signal S1 when the level of the input signal S1 has reverse relation with the level of the output signal So; a time determination section 40 determining whether the duration reaches a predetermined value; a control section 20 resetting the measurement of the duration when the duration does not reach a predetermined time; and an output signal generation section 50 inverting the level of the output signal So and outputting the resultant signal when the duration reaches the predetermined time. |
