SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a crossing porous surface 32 with a flame-out member 31 provided in a posture to cross an exhaust path R, and a side porous surface 33 provided while extending from the horizontal side end to the upstream of the exhaust path R in each of both lateral side ends of the crossing porous surface 32.
