PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely form a magnetic circuit by the maximum advance of a plunger, in a pinion-extrusion solenoid SL1 of a starter electromagnetic solenoid device having two solenoids. ! SOLUTION: An electromagnetic solenoid valve 2 is arranged between an SL1 coil 35 and an SL2 coil 50, a solenoid SL1 and a solenoid SL2 have a cylindrical second core 38 which is used in common as a part of a magnetic circuit, and the second core 38 has a protrusion 70 which is annularly protruded at an axial one end side so as to be arranged between an internal periphery of an elastic member 46 and an external periphery of an SL1 plunger 36. Then, at the maximum advance of the SL1 plunger 36, a slide part 36a intrudes inside an internal periphery of the protrusion 70. By this constitution, even at the maximum advance of the SL1 plunger 36, magnetic flux flows to the slide part 36a from the second core 38 since the slide part 36a and the protrusion 70 oppose each other in a radial direction.
