PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve which is easily manufactured and prevents powder leakage.SOLUTION: A valve 10 is constituted of a folded member 11 formed by folding a rectangular member 12 in such a way that a front end part and a rear end part of the rectangular member are overlapped on each other with a displacement between the front end edge and the rear end edge, and a slit 15 whose both ends do not reach the vicinities of both side edges of the rectangular member is formed along the folding line 13. Both side edge parts of the folded member are folded in closed states, respectively, to form a valve shape. A bag has projection pieces 6, 6, and the projection pieces are folded and closed. Both the side edges of the folded member are folded together with the projection pieces when the projection pieces are folded.
