PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a client system and a server at a Q&A site capable of efficiently answering a number of questions and capable of maintaining and increasing the number of members.SOLUTION: A specific member among the members can directly transmit a question sentence to a respondent via a terminal and receive an answer sentence therefrom. A member who is not the specific member can browse the question sentence transmitted to the respondent by the specific member, and can express his/her desired intention to browse an answer to the question sentence although he/she cannot browse the answer. A nonmember can only browse the question sentence. A question list display screen Wa is provided with a button B08 for applying for membership registration.
