PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device of a non-stage transmission capable of reducing the driver discomfort during gear change of the non-stage transmission.SOLUTION: A transmission control unit 100 comprises: a converter 101 converting a consecutive accelerator opening detected by an accelerator pedal sensor 211 into a stepwise step opening; and a control part 102 controlling the transmission gear ratio of a non-stage transmission 10 on the basis of the converted step opening. The converter 101 is provided with the hysteresis for a converting step opening between increasing of the depressed amount of the accelerator pedal and decreasing thereof. The control part 102 executes the kick-down control that controls the transmission gear ratio on the low side when the step opening is increased more than a prescribed opening. |
