The present invention relates to a toilet bowl cover capable of preventing clogging including a toilet bowl seat having a seat stand of which the central part is penetrated to enable a user to sit and release himself/herself and the edge part is formed corresponding to the top surface of a toilet bowl body; a seat cover with a plunger having the inner part formed to be recessed upward and formed to be pressurized toward the body; and a coupling unit coupling the seat cover to be separated and the seat cover to move vertically while coupling the toilet bowl seat and seat cover to move upward. The present invention is characterized by delivering pressured air to the body when pressurizing the plunger while the seat cover is blocked from the inner side of the body by moving the seat cover to the upper side of the body after separating the toilet bowl seat from the coupling unit. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of unclogging a toilet bowl by applying pressure to the inside of the toilet bowl when the toilet bowl is clogged due to foreign materials such as feces and toilet paper while performing functions of the seat and cover of the toilet bowl. |
