An elevating ramp comprises a housing having a space, a turning lever which is rotatably combined with the lower side of the housing and is located in the center of the space by vertically installing a screw on the upper side, a lamp which is exposed to the upper part of the space of the housing or is inserted into the inside of the space by interlining with an elevating member which moves vertically by the rotation of the screw, and a reflection part which can fold unfold a reflector in the upper part of the housing by the vertical movement of the lamp by overlapping reflectors with the outer surface of a support member combined with the upper part of the screw and combing the reflector with a link joint hinged with the elevating member.
