PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide that suppresses optical loss in optical path conversion and is able to perform high quality optical communication, and to provide an opto-electric hybrid substrate and an electronic apparatus including such the optical waveguide. ! SOLUTION: An optical waveguide 1 includes: a laminate 10 comprising a core layer 13 formed of a core part 14, a clad layer 11 laminated on a lower surface of the core layer 13, and a clad layer 12 laminated on an upper surface of the core layer 13; and an inclined surface (transverse section) 171 formed from the clad layer 12 to the core part 14 and inclined against an axis line A of the core part 14. In the inclined surface 171, an inclination angle θ2 of a clad layer region 121 corresponding the clad layer 12 among the inclined surface 171, against the axis line A, is smaller than an inclination angle θ4 of a core region 141 corresponding the core region 14 among the inclined surface 171, against an axis line of the core |
