PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for communication device, communication device, and communication method for suppressing deterioration in call quality by minimizing jitter.SOLUTION: A communication device includes a CPU which determines whether or not sampling data on sound having length equal to or larger than predetermined time is stored in a first storage unit. When determining that the sampling data is stored, the CPU compresses the sampling data by the predetermined time to generate unit sound data and stores the unit sound data in a second storage unit. The CPU determines a communication state of a network on the basis of communication based on measurement data. The CPU sets combination time depending on the determined communication state (S19, S21, S23). When unit sound data corresponding to a time period equal to or larger than the combination time is stored in the second storage unit (S25:YES), the CPU generates a packet including unit sound data corresponding to the combination time (S27). The CPU transmits the generated packet in a period of the combination time (S29). |
