PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform transfer setting of extension numbers of a plurality of mobile telephone terminals. ! SOLUTION: An exchange 20 of extension numbers includes: management means 21 for managing the extension numbers of mobile terminals while leasing with the identification numbers thereof; storage means 22 for storing an MAC address that is set to transfer; and transfer setting means 23 performing transfer setting for leasing the extension number of a mobile terminal with the MAC address and IP address contained in a transfer setting request, on the basis of the comparison result of the MAC address stored in the storage means 22 and the MAC address contained in the transfer setting request, when receiving the transfer setting request containing the MAC address and IP address from a mobile terminal having the identification number of a management object. !
