PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply a voltage. ! SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage device comprises an NAND DC-DC converter including two output terminals. Each output terminal is connected to four MCPs. In each MCP, a plurality of NAND flash memory chips are stacked. Furthermore, voltages output from the output terminals differ in phase by 180 degrees. The semiconductor storage device further comprises: a DRAM power supply circuit; a DRAM; and an NAND controller. The semiconductor memory modules MCPs are connected to a host server or the like. !
