PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease impact concentration on a guide pin when a shift and select shaft is rotated in a shift direction, in a shift device of a transmission. ! SOLUTION: A guide pin 31 is composed of a small diameter portion which is a tip end and inserted in a guide groove 28, and a large diameter portion which ranges to the small diameter portion and has diameter dimensions larger than the small diameter portion. A guide member is composed by vertical walls 30 and 30 raised from an outer peripheral surface of a fixed member 14 toward the outside in a diametrical direction of a shift and select shaft 13 on both sides of the guide groove 28 in a shift direction of the shift and select shaft 13. When the fixed member 14 is rotated in the shift direction by shift operation, the guide pin 31 makes the large diameter portion abut on the vertical walls 30 and 30 at a timing earlier than a timing at which the small diameter portion is positioned at a shift direction end edge portion of the guide groove 2 |
