The plurality of the soft plastic columns of the same height are fixed on one side of the flexible body which comprises a plurality of vertical strips, and the plurality of the soft plastic columns of the same height are fixed on the vertical strips. A plurality of cross strips are arranged between every two vertical strips which are connected through the cross trips. The widths of the two vertical strips on the outer sides are larger than those of the other vertical strips, and the vertical strips are coated with fluorescent coatings.
