The present invention relates to a toner containing toner particles containing an adhesive resin, wherein the adhesive resin contains a styrene-acryl resin and a crystalline resin, and the crystalline resin is a block polymer or a graft polymer having a crystalline part and an amorphous part. A weight ratio between the crystalline part and the amorphous part is 30:70 to 90:10, a peak temperature of an endothermic peak is 55.0-90.0°C at the total heat flow rate of the adhesive resin obtained by measuring the adhesive resin by using a temperature modulated differential scanning calorimetry (MDSC), and a percentage of an endothermic amount of an endothermic peak at a reversal heat flow rate with respect to the endothermic amount of the endothermic peak at the total heat flow rate is 0.0-35.0%. |
