The present invention relates to a wearable device. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for controlling the displaying of information that a user desire on the wearable device. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: confirming if a channel or contents change is caused by a wearable device wearer, when a change in a channel or contents of information watched through an external device is generated; and displaying a channel or contents signal watched before the change in a channel or contents on a display means, when the change in a channel or contents is determined to be caused by another watcher other than a wearable device wearer.
