摘要 The present invention relates to a device capable of measuring a bioelectrical signal and making an electrical stimulus by using the skin resistance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the device, which is used to measure the bioelectrical signal and make the electrical stimulus, includes: a pad which has multiple horizontal and vertical electrical wires intersecting each other at regular intervals to make the electrical stimulus; and a control module which is electrically connected to the pad to measure the bioelectrical signal from the intersection points of the horizontal and vertical electrical wires to obtain the body information of a patient and uses the body information to control the power supply to the horizontal and vertical electrical wires to generate the electrical stimulus.
