PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method which, by measuring the blood vessel-side discharge fraction, lumen-side discharge fraction, and intracellular retention fraction of a medicine given to cells, can find a ratio of distribution to each fraction and grasp the whole image of in-vitro pharmacokinetics.SOLUTION: Provided is a component analysis device equipped with a temperature adjustment unit for adjusting the temperature inside a plurality of receptacles, and an analysis unit for measuring components inside the plurality of receptacles and analyzing the components, the plurality of receptacles being at least a first receptacle and a second receptacle, each holding a first buffer liquid, the temperature adjustment unit adjusting the temperature in the first receptacle and the temperature in the second receptacle so that they are different from each other, the analysis unit measuring the amount of a component discharged from a cell in the first receptacle into the first buffer liquid in the first receptacle and the amount of a component discharged from a cell in the second receptacle into the first buffer liquid in the first receptacle and analyzing the amounts of the components discharged through a transporter of the cell. |
