PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet handling apparatus with a hundred band binding inspection device in which the detection of a band binding failure of a bundle of paper sheets is made possible.SOLUTION: A paper sheet handling apparatus includes: a paper feed unit for extracting one piece of paper money stacked by a supply unit; a conveyance unit for conveying the paper money extracted by one piece from the paper feed unit; a print quality inspection unit for inspecting the print quality of the front and back sides of the paper money transported by the conveyance unit; a stacking unit for dividing and stacking non-defective paper money and defective paper money by the inspection unit; a first band binding unit for performing band binding by a predetermined number of stacked paper money to the non-defective paper-money in the stacking unit, and forming a first paper money bundle; a paper money bundle conveyance unit for conveying the first paper money bundle; a first band binding inspection unit for inspecting a band binding failure to the first paper money bundle conveyed by the paper money bundle conveyance unit; a second band binding unit for stacking a predetermined number of paper money subjected to the band binding and performing the band binding thereof, and forming the second paper money bundle; and an ejection unit for ejecting the second paper money bundle. |
