A film-coated paper and manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising the following steps: blending and re-pelletizing the original raw materials consisting of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) to form a second raw material; mixing the PP as a first raw material with the second raw material, heating, melting and re-pelletizing; heating and melting the re-pelletized raw material, using an extruder to extrude the melted material to form a coating film, and coating the coating film on the surface of the paper to form a film-coated high temperature resistant paper. |
