URINE FLOW RATE MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND URINE FLOW RATE MEASUREMENT DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable or carrying type urine flow rate measurement device which allows a patient to measure urine flow rate at his/her home easily, and a urine flow rate measurement data processing system which allows correct diagnosis based on a measurement result.SOLUTION: A urine flow rate measurement device 1 comprises: a urine reception part 2 for receiving discharged urine directly; a water turbine 4 rotating by urine flow flowing down from the urine reception part; a rotation detection part 5 for detecting rotation of the water turbine; an arithmetic part 6 for calculating the urine flow rate with time based on an output signal outputted by the rotation detection part; and a data record part 7 for recording an arithmetic result of the arithmetic part with measurement date data. The rotation detection part is a sensor using a complex magnetic wire which may generate a large Barkhausen jump phenomenon, and the water turbine 4 is supported by a magnetic bearing. The urine flow rate measurement data processing system creates a time lapse urine flow rate graph based on the data measured by the urine flow rate measurement device 1, and compares the data with a normal pattern and patterns of various kinds of disease characteristic graphs stored in advance, for creating a diagnostic guideline about a disease and symptom.
