PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for nucleic acid amplification reaction and a cartridge kit for nucleic acid amplification reaction. ! SOLUTION: A cartridge for nucleic acid amplification reaction comprises: a tube which has a longitudinal direction and in which are disposed in this order a first plug composed of oil, a second plug composed of a first cleaning solution, which causes phase separation from oil, and cleans fine particles bound with nucleic acid, a third plug composed of oil, a fourth plug formed by an eluent, which causes phase separation from oil, and elutes the nucleic acid from the fine particles to which the nucleic acid is binding, and a fifth plug composed of oil; a container for nucleic acid amplification reaction which is in communication with the side of the tube on which the fifth plug is disposed, and which includes oil; and push-out means which is attached to an opening section on the side of the tube on which the first plug is disposed, and which pushes out a liquid |
