PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device capable of safely and easily performing a mounting/dismounting work of a facade sign only by a single worker with the facade sign under the mounting/dismounting work held at a temporary assembly position. ! SOLUTION: A fitting device includes a base frame 2 and a panel frame 3 fixed to a facade sign 1. The base frame 2 is constituted of a strip material having a connection wall 7 and a front opening 8. A lower part of an inner surface of the base frame is arranged with a leaf-spring panel support body 10 for supporting the facade sign 1. The panel frame 3 is constituted of the strip material including a slide wall 19, and an upper locking part 22 and a lower locking part 23 are formed above and below the panel frame 3.
