PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp unit that can suppress the temperature rise of a lamp without restriction of a layout.SOLUTION: A lamp unit 12 includes a reflecting mirror 14, lamp 13, ventilation member 22, and air guiding member 23. The lamp 13 has a light-emission part 15. The ventilation member 22 includes an intake port 24 that sends the cooling air to the inside of the concave reflection mirror 14, and an exhaust port 25 that exhausts the cooling air passed through the inside of the concave reflection mirror 14 to the outside of the concave reflection mirror 14. The air guiding member 23 is provided in the exhaust port 25.
