PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration plate of a sensor that can set a nozzle gap according to a command value regardless of a shape of an object to be processed by laser.SOLUTION: A calibration plate 10 includes: a planar plate part 11 whose top face is formed as a flat surface; and a curved plate part 12 whose top face is formed as a cylindrically protruding curved surface. At the time of calibration prior to laser processing a flat plate material or a square pipe, the planar plate part 11 is subjected to calibration, whereas at the time of calibration prior to laser processing a round pipe, the curved plate part 12 is subjected to calibration. |
