The present invention relates to a method for differentiating stem cells isolated from the chorion or warthon′s jelly of the human placenta and, more specifically, to a method for differentiating stem cells derived from the chorion or warthon′s jelly into nervous cell precursors, hair cells, and nerve cells. The method comprises a step of culturing stem cells isolated from the chorion or warthon′s jelly of the human placenta in a culture medium including nerve growth factors. Moreover, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating bradyecoia, wherein the differentiated nervous cell precursors, hair cells, and nerve cells are included as active ingredients.
