PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material with brazing filler metal, capable of suppressing a corrosion product from being produced on a surface of brazing filler metal containing at least Ag and Cu. ! SOLUTION: A seal ring 1 and a lid material 3 (base material with brazing filler metal) include a base material 10; and brazing filler metal 20 formed on the base material 10 and containing at least Ag and Cu. In the brazing filler metal 20, a surface vicinity region 21 having a content mass ratio of Ag to the total amount of Ag and Cu of 0.95 or more is formed in a range from a surface 20a of the brazing filler metal 20 to a depth L of 1.3 μm or more in a depth direction thereof. !
