PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily confirming, when connecting a terminal of a light-emitting element and a conductive member by using a conductive adhesive layer, whether the conductive adhesive layer is bonded to the terminal. ! SOLUTION: A wiring board is disposed on a light-emitting panel 100. Wiring side first terminals of the wiring board are connected to first light-emitting side terminals 150 of the light-emitting panel 100 through a conductive member 302. The first light-emitting side terminals 150 have a configuration in which light-shielding second layers 154 are laminated on translucent first layers 152. The conductive member 302 is connected to the first light-emitting side terminals 150 through a conductive adhesive layer 306. A plurality of openings are formed in the second layers 154.
