PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead a person to a store effectively. ! SOLUTION: An image output system has: a detection section for detecting behavior of a person in a predetermined area; a determination section for determining whether or not the behavior satisfies a predetermined behavior condition; a selection section for selecting a first content which causes a first image output device to output and a second content which causes a second image output device to output respectively, according to a determination result obtained by the determination section; and a control section which causes the first and second output devices respectively to output the selected first and second contents. The selection section selects a content indicating behavior satisfying the behavior condition as the first content when the behavior does not satisfy the behavior condition. !
