PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of preventing influences due to electromagnetic noises from a cable and being easily assembled onto a door handle. ! SOLUTION: The antenna device has a base board 22 mounted with a transmission antenna 21, a lock sensor 24, an unlock sensor 26 and a cable 27 which are fixed thereon. On the base board 22, the cable 27, the transmission antenna 21 and the lock sensor 24 are disposed in order, and the unlock sensor 26 is disposed on the opposite side relative to the transmission antenna 21 being interposed by the base board 22. With this arrangement, the antenna device 100 capable of preventing influences of electromagnetic noises from the cable 27 and which is easy to be assembled on the door handle is achieved. !
