The present invention relates to a primer pair combined to a polynucleotide part which has no mutation, in a pig species specific cytochrome b gene. According to the present invention, a method can specifically detect pig DNA in processed and mixed meat by using a primer pair in a processed and mixed meat for analyzing, thus confirming mixed pork whether to exist inside mixed meat or processed and mixed meat.
