The present invention relates to a separator which improves plasticizer extraction rate by controlling a plasticizer extraction process and reduces the amount of the plasticizer remaining in the separator. Particularly, the concentration gradient of the surface of the separator is prevented by circulating a solvent in the extraction process, so that the extraction rate is improved. Thereby, various physical properties of the separator can be improved due to remaining plasticizer. The performance of a battery and stability against heat can be secured.
