Provided is a technique for ensuring a convenience when a plurality of LED lights are centrally controlled by easily grasping an address of a controller of each LED light and easily inputting a control command. An LED light controller according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed to be attached to and detached from an LED light module including an LED module for irradiating light according to a provided electric current, and a driver for applying an electric current according to a control command to the LED module. The LED light controller comprises: a memory for storing a control command and identification information of the LED light controller; a first port disposed to transfer a control command to a driver and connected with a communication port of the driver; a coupling unit configured to be mechanically coupled with an LED light module; and a second port disposed to transmit and receive data including the control command and the identification information of the LED light controller with a managing terminal through a central management system for controlling LED light and a network, and connected with a communication port of the managing terminal.
