<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind mill that corresponds to omnidirectional wind, in which assembly is hard to fail at low-rotation and low-noise, and that is easy to maintain and manage because a power generator is at the lower part thereof.SOLUTION: In a wind mill, a countershaft 2 penetrates through a main shaft 1 and rotates; two wind-receiving plates 3, 4 having different angles are attached to both ends of the countershaft 2; and the two wind-receiving plates rotate in directions of receiving or avoiding wind when receiving wind, and make the main shaft rotated. In order to rotate the main shaft continuously, the height positions and angles of the countershaft and wind-receiving plates are changed and a plurality of sets of the countershaft and wind-receiving plates is attached to the main shaft, and thereby the wind mill rotates continuously and smoothly.</p> |
