PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for preventing leakage of a radiopharmaceutical from a connector part for connecting a multi-turncock to a syringe.SOLUTION: A holder 20 is an apparatus used by being attached to both a syringe shield 110 and a multi-turncock 130 attachably thereto and detachably therefrom, for restricting relative movement in the tip base end direction of the syringe shield 110 and the multi-turncock 130. The syringe shield 110 includes a radiation shielding material and is attached to the periphery of a syringe 100. The multi-turncock 130 is connected to a tip part 102 of the syringe 100.
