PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device capable of comparatively easily forming a drainage passage of a valve member on a medium flow channel, easily managing liquid tightness of the medium flow channel, and enabling visual inspection and maintenance of the drainage passage.SOLUTION: A case 11 has a front opening portion 105a detachably mounted on the case 11 and closed by a cover member 72, and an electric oil pump 70 is disposed at a case outer side with respect to the cover member 72 in a close state where the cover member 72 is mounted on the case 11 and the front opening portion 105a is closed. A brake oil passage 77 communicating the electric oil pump 70 and a hydraulic chamber S is formed over the cover member 72, the case 11, and an oil passage formation cover 96 disposed at a case inner side with respect to the cover member 72 in the closed state, and detachably to the cover member 72, and the cover member 72 and/or the oil passage formation cover 96 are provided with a solenoid valve 83 and a relief valve 84 disposed in the brake oil passage 77. An oil discharge passage 83a of the solenoid valve 83 and a relief drain 86 of the relief valve 84 are formed on butting faces 98 of the cover member 72 and the oil passage formation cover 96. |
