PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic imaging device capable of optimizing an amplification factor (gain) of a color Doppler image obtained from a site to be diagnosed (site to be measured) of a subject. ! SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device includes: a gain control part 40 which changes amplification factors of color Doppler images of a plurality of frames; a noise component detection part 41 which distinguishes a high frequency component having higher Doppler signal intensity than a first threshold from a low frequency component having lower Doppler signal intensity than the first threshold by using the first threshold of the Doppler signal intensity and detects the low frequency component as noise; a noise component integration part 42 which integrates the Doppler signal intensity of the noise component in each frame of the color Doppler image; and an optimum gain calculation part 43 which calculates the amplification factor corresponding to the prescribed integrated value on the basis o |
