PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen holder that enables a user to fasten a thick writing instrument. ! SOLUTION: A pen holder 1 arranged inside a pocket book or a jacket comprises: a partition part 10 formed in a plate-like body, in which one side edge 10a is connected to the center part of the pocket book or the jacket and the other side edge 10b is arranged in a vicinity of the outer edge of the pocket book or the jacket; and a pen support part 20, provided in the partition part 10 to fix a pen and formed into a belt shape. A hole 10c through which the pen support part 20 is inserted is formed in the partition part 10. The pen support part 20 is formed of a material having elasticity at least in a part, keeps one end jointed with the other side edge 10b of the partition part 10 and the other end jointed with the one side edge 10a of the partition part after the other end is inserted through the hole 10c of the partition part 10. !
