PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intersecting holes-drilling device that can efficiently deburrs and chamfers intersecting parts of intersecting holes by enhancing the efficiency of removing burrs regardless of heights of the burrs, and to provide a processing method for ridge lines of intersecting holes. ! SOLUTION: An intersecting holes-drilling device has an inlet 5 for injecting a working liquid into an opening of a hole of a workpiece W having intersecting parts of a first hole W1a with a second hole W2a. Gaps between a flow passage adjustment tool 9 and ridge lines are adjusted by filling a cavity 92 at a tip part 91 of the flow passage adjustment tool 9 arranged at the intersecting part with air. Deburring of burrs Wb generated on the ridge lines of the intersecting part and chamfering of the ridge lines are carried out efficiently by adjusting the gaps between the ridge lines and the flow passage adjustment tool 9 in accordance with a lapse time of the deburring. !
