PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve film flux. ! SOLUTION: A filter device 10 includes: a filter 12 which is arranged in a filter container 11 and has an outer surface as a filter surface and a filtrate passage 12r arranged inside; original liquid supply means which supplies an original liquid W1 between an inner surface of the filter container 11 and the outer surface of the filter 12; a filtrate discharge path which discharges filtrate W2 from the filtrate passage 12r inside the filter 12 to an external of the filter container 11; concentrated liquid discharge means which discharges a concentrated liquid W3 from between the inner surface of the filter container 11 and the outer surface of the filter 12. The filter device includes an injection nozzle 20 which sprays a cleaning fluid onto the filter surface of the filter 12.
